Crewman Kenneth Caitano was a male Human serving in the Federation Starfleet in the 24th century. The son of Agosto and Angelina Caitano, he was the third generation of his family to join Starfleet.

Biography[]

At age thirteen, Caitano aided a local police investigation. As reward, the investigating officer gave him a counterfeit bar of gold-pressed latinum.

As a Starfleet security guard, Caitano served on the USS Musgrave with Crewman Theodore Deverick. He served during the Dominion War, and was awarded commendations for valor. Also while serving aboard the Musgrave, he was part of the boarding party investigating the derelict USS Manning in the Badlands. (SCE eBook: Malefictorum)

Caitano transferred to the USS da Vinci in December of 2376, replacing Frank Powers, who had requested a transfer. Less than a week after signing aboard, Caitano braved a shipboard fire to redirect warp power to the ship's phasers. (SCE eBook: Small World)

Shortly afterwards, Caitano was killed by a "sonic bullet" from a padd holding a novel originating from the Gamma Quadrant, a weapon devised by the rogue Vorta Luaran. (SCE eBook: Malefictorum)
