Kenneth Dodge was a 23rd century Starfleet captain, best known for stints commanding the USS Hood in the mid-2250s and the late 2260s. (TOS novel: The Great Starship Race)

In 2267, he told Spock that several officers that had been reassigned from the Hood to the USS Enterprise had come from another vessel. (DS9 novelization: Trials and Tribble-ations)
