Brigadier Kerla was a Klingon Imperial Defense Force flag officer who was a supporter of General Chang. Former military advisor to Gorkon, son of Toq, Kerla was among those disciplined for Chang's treasonous actions in 2293. And, after he became Chancellor Azetbur's advisor, was known to have paid with his life prior to 2294.
