Keyes was a 23rd century Starfleet crewperson who served aboard the USS Farragut in the late 2250s.

Keyes was among the two hundred crewmen who were killed during the Farragut's encounter with a dikironium cloud creature in orbit of Tycho IV in 2257. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Constitution)
