Kich'ta was a Klingon who served aboard the IKS Rotarran in the 2370s.

In 2374, General Martok told Kich'ta to inform the crew that they would have to wait a day to take shore leave. Kich'ta pointed out they would be irritated and Martok told him "Good. Order my lunch". (DS9 novelization: Call to Arms...)
