Klarr was a male Klingon officer in the Klingon Defense Force in the 24th century. He came up through the ranks at the same time as Leskit of the IKS Gorkon. Once a pilot, by 2376 he was a dockmaster at Praxis Station. Leskit described him as "half blind, half stupid, and half drunk." (KE novel: A Burning House)
