Kaaj lost face in the eyes of the high command after his humiliating defeat to Christopher Pike and the USS Enterprise in the Marrat Nebula in 2254. (EV comic: "The Flat, Gold Forever")

In 2369, Benjamin Sisko threatened to tell the High Command everything he knew about Captain K'Leht's involvement in allowing the prisoner Mard to be unshackled and take Julian Bashir hostage, all in an attempt to have the Deep Space 9 crew kill Mard. (DS9 comic: "Hostage Situation")

After the destruction of the IKS Toh'Kaht in 2369, the crew of Deep Space 9 spoke to the High Command, who told them the Vor'cha-class starship had been condusting a "biological survey" in the Gamma Quadrant. (DS9 episode: "Dramatis Personae")

Shortly after the Empire took control of the Archanis sector, Chancellor Gowron moved the High Command to Ty'Gokor. (DS9 episode: "Apocalypse Rising")
