Klingonese term for "Ice Man". Usually to describe one of profoundly stoic bearing. Or, in the descriptive sense of a "cold-blooded", evil characteristic. This was often used to refer to Koloth by Curzon Dax and Jadzia Dax. (DS9 episode: "Blood Oath")
