Klolode class

The Klolode-class was one of the series of D7-class and D5-class Klingon battle cruiser starships in use around the time of the 23rd century. (TAS novelization: "The Time Trap"; DS9 episode: "Once More Unto the Breach")
- The Klothos, the only vessel specifically noted to belong to this class, was visually identifiable as a D7 vessel, even though it was referred to by Kor as a D5. It is possible that the Klolode series represented some sort of hybrid between the two series of vessels. It is also possible that Kor was simply mistaken. The Klothos does look slightly different from a standard D7 in that the forward torpedo tube projects out from the front of the ship, (this is rumoured to be due to the design being copied from an AMT model that was incorrectly assembled)
