Konn was a male Klingon, the third son of famous Klingon opera composer Reshtarc. In 2376, he made his directing debut by staging his father's new opera, The Battle at San-Tarah, in the city of Krennla on Qo'noS. Konn also solicited the input of Bekk G'joth, the brother of one of his chorus singers, Lakras, who had participated in the actual battle. However, Konn dismissed most of G'joth's concerns.
