Koralis III is the third planet in the Koralis solar system. The planet was once the site of a mining complex and an orbital tether, although the facility had been abandoned by the 2370s.

In 2375, Kira Nerys helped Laas to escape Deep Space 9's holding cells and directed him to Koralis III. Kira would also inform Odo, who travelled to the planet to tell Laas he would not be joining him in his search for the Hundred Changelings. (DS9 episode: "Chimera")

In 2384, Odo again met with Laas on Koralis III, this time to ask him to return home to the Great Link. Laas refused, determined to continue his search for other changelings in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
