Korinas was a 24th century Cardassian woman and a member of the Obsidian Order.[1]
After Tom Riker hijacked the USS Defiant from Deep Space 9 and Benjamin Sisko travelled to Cardassia Prime to help Dukat stop him, Korinas was assigned as an observer representing the Obsidian Order. Korinas warned Dukat not to send any starships into the Orias system, which was under the control of the Obsidian Order and later refused to call back three Keldon-class warships.
