Ensign Kotkhe was the Klingon helmsman of the IKS Blue Fire in the early 23rd century. He got into a fight with Cadet Vrenn, which Vrenn won. As a result, Vrenn was reassigned as helmsman. (TOS novel: The Final Reflection)
