In 2376, Lieutenant Jil Barnak of the USS da Vinci was posthumously awarded this citation for his self-sacrificing actions during the crisis at Galvan VI. (SCE eBook: Wildfire, Book 2)

Though it is not clear, this reference may have been intended to be to the Karagite Order of Heroism, first cited in TOS episode: "Court Martial".
