The Kragite Order of Heroism was an award honoring an act of special heroism by a member of Starfleet.

Captain James T. Kirk had been awarded this citation prior to his first meeting with Commodore Matthew Decker in 2266. (TOS novella: The First Artifact)

In 2376, Lieutenant Jil Barnak of the USS da Vinci was posthumously awarded this citation for his self-sacrificing actions during the crisis at Galvan VI. (SCE episode: "Wildfire")

Though it is not clear, this reference may have been intended to be to the Karagite Order of Heroism, first cited in TOS episode "Court Martial".
