Kran-Tobal prison is a prison facility on Bajor. It is located on an island, near the city of Kran-Tobal. (DS9 reference: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion)

One of the most high profile prisoners currently being held there is Jaro Essa. He was sentenced to be imprisoned there for leading the Alliance for Global Unity and its coup d'état against the Provisional Government. He was still held there in late 2376. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Bajor: Fragments and Omens)

Others who were held there included Ibudan, who learned about cloning from a Resistance member while serving a sentence for murdering a Cardassian. (DS9 episode: "A Man Alone")

In 2369, Surmak Ren told Major Kira Nerys she would be imprisoned in Kran-Tobal for kidnapping him. (DS9 episode: "Babel")
