The Krocton Segment is an urban region on the Romulan homeworld of Romulus.

In the mid-24th century the area was represented in the Romulan Senate by Pardek. Pardek had several relatives living in the area, including a legal intercessor.

The Romulan dissident movement was active in the area, and operated out of caves near the settlement. When Ambassador Spock was first lured to Romulus by Pardek, he visited the Krocton Segment. Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Lieutenant Commander Data also visited the area when they traveled to Romulus to track down Spock.

After Spock, Data, and Picard were captured by Sela, Romulan troops swept through the Krocton Segment and killed many of the residents in an attempt to kill off the dissidents. (TNG episode & novelization: Unification)
