Kuvak was a male Vulcan politician and a key member of the Vulcan goverment in the mid-22nd century, eventually becoming the First Minister of the Confederacy of Vulcan.

Biography[]

In 2154, Kuvak objected to the orbital bombardment of the T'Karath Sanctuary that Administrator V'Las proposed. (ENT episode: "Awakening")

Also that year, Kuvak opposed V'Las' plan to invade Andoria because of Xindi technology the Andorians supposedly possessed. Even after the Andorians discovered the assault fleet, V'Las ignored Kuvak's calls for withdrawal.

When Jonathan Archer and T'Pau presented the Kir'Shara to the Vulcan High Command Kuvak knocked out V'Las and ordered the withdrawal of the invasion fleet. (ENT episode: "Kir'Shara")

In 2155, Kuvak served in the new government under T'Pau as one of her senior aides. He was instrumental in funneling military aid to Haakona and in stonewalling T'Pol's attempts to contact T'Pau. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)

After T'Pau stepped down as First Minister of the Confederacy of Vulcan upon the founding of the United Federation of Planets, Kuvak succeeded her as the leader of Vulcan's civilian government, a position he still held as of 2165. (ENT novel: Uncertain Logic)
