Kyli Shon was a Bajoran in the 24th century.

By 2376 Kyli was one of the most high ranking Vedeks in the Vedek Assembly. In April of that year Kyli attended a secret meeting with six other high ranking Vedeks to discuss what they should do to keep the recently discovered Ohalu Prophecies, which the Assembly considered heretical, under wraps. In the meeting Kyli suggested consulting the Orb of Contemplation, and strongly objected to involving Kira Nerys in the matter. (DS9 novel: Avatar)
