Lai i-Ramnau tr'Ehhelih was a Romulan author. In his book, Vehe'rr Ihlan, he suggested that the Romulan people brought bad times on themselves by leaving Vulcan. He also believed that even with plenty to go around, Romulans still fought for everything. These views led to his death. (TOS novel: The Romulan Way)
