A Lampan icemonger was apparently a merchant who sold ice, presumably in a cold location. After being forced to turn Commander Samir al-Halak over to Starfleet Intelligence in 2336, Captain Rachel Garrett reflected that she had previously shown him "all the warmth of a Lampan icemonger." (TLE novel: Well of Souls)

It is unclear whether "Lampan" refers to a person from regions of Chile or Peru, or from an as yet unreferenced, non-Terran location.
