The Larosian virus is a virus that can affect humanoid species such as Trills. Immunization for the disease is available and is recommended in Federation passports. (ST reference: Federation Passport)

In 2369, the Larosian virus was spreading among Deep Space 9 residents. Julian Bashir thought Jadzia Dax's odd behaviour was due to the virus, although she had no fever. (DS9 episode: "If Wishes Were Horses")
