Lebanon is a small largely mountainous country in the Middle East, located at the eastern edge of the Mediterranean Sea, located on Earth.

Ensign Isaac Soulian, a navigator aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2240s, hailed from Lebanon. (TOS short story: "Though Hell Should Bar the Way").
