Leet was a male Starfleet security guard serving aboard the USS Enterprise-E. In late 2379, he was involved in several operations on Tezwa while the Enterprise was providing aid, relief, and rebuilding resources to the planet.

It was stated in the novel that Leet had blue skin, indicating he was possibly an Andorian, a Benzite, or a Bolian.
