Leevka was a ritual greeting in Dreman culture, in which one ran their fingertips from the shoulders of another and down their arms, though without actually touching.

Sarjenka used this greeting when she first met Data in 2365. (TNG episode: "Pen Pals") The representatives of the Dreman government likewise greeted Captain David Gold with the leevka fingertip greeting during the ceremony in 2369 welcoming Federation representatives to Drema IV. (SCE eBook: Progress)

This gesture was seen in the television episode, and given its name in the SCE story.
