Lewis Rosenhaus was a male human in the 23rd century. He attended Starfleet Medical Academy, and graduated with honors at the top of his class circa 2261. That year, he interned under Dr. David Derubbio.

Following graduation, he spend several years in a research position on Earth, before being assigned as chief medical officer of the USS Constellation in 2266. (TOS - The Brave and the Bold novella: The First Artifact)

Rosenhaus presumably perished with the rest of the Constellation crew in 2267 during the encounter with an ancient "planet killer" depicted in TOS episode: "The Doomsday Machine".
