In the mirror universe, Libby Webber was a Terran operative working for the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance, posing as a member of the Terran Rebellion. Harry Kim fell in love with her. When Kim realized she was an Alliance operative, he took vengeance upon her, spending hours with her in a cell on the Rebellion base in the Badlands. He tortured her in various ways, including peeling the flesh from her leg. Kathryn Janeway later recalled that Libby's screams "seemed to echo throughout the caverns for days."
