Linda Parker was a female Human Starfleet Lieutenant who served as helmsman of the USS Gagarin. In 2279, she was killed when the Gagarin was attacked by a Klingon ship, the IKS Vo'taq. Tragically, she was to have been married on Earth only weeks after this attack. (TOS novel: In the Name of Honor)
