Lindsey Cameron was a female human, born circa 2225.

Circa 2264, Professor Cameron became involved in Federation efforts to save the planet Mestiko from the threat of a rogue pulsar moving toward the Mestiko system. In 2265, she came aboard the USS Enterprise to deploy and monitor a network of Series Alpha sensor probes modified to create a mobile energy shield to deflect the pulsar's radiation from Mestiko.
