Lieutenant Lisa Neeley was a Starfleet security officer in the 24th century.

In 2374, she participated in a secret mission on a captured Jem'Hadar attack ship to destroy a ketracel-white depot in Cardassian space. When the ship subsequently crashed on a planet, Neeley helped to fight against a crew of Jem'Hadar also stranded on the planet. (DS9 episode: "Rocks and Shoals", DS9 novelization: "Call to Arms...")

In early 2377, Neeley was part of a rescue operation on the USS Defiant when Ensign Prynn Tenmei was kidnapped by the Jem'Hadar observer, Taran'atar. Neeley led a squad of security officers on the surface of the planet Harkoum in pursuit of the rogue Jem'Hadar. (DS9 novel "Warpath")

After returning to the station, she escorted the mirror version of Iliana Ghemor with another guard to Captain Kira's quarters.(DS9 Novel "Fearful Symmetry")
