Logi was a male Ferengi who, in Ferengi year 14305, created the ChiggerBurger. He originally operated a single food stand, and eventually founded ChiggerBurgerCorp, a company that owned ChiggerBurger Emporium restaurants all over Ferenginar.

In his early business days, it was rumored that passers-by who refused to purchase Logi's ChiggerBurgers ended up as ingredients. (DS9 reference: Legends of the Ferengi)
