Thot Lok was a Breen mercenary after the Dominion War.

In 2377, Lok was working for Gaila as a bodyguard and the leader of the other Breen bodyguards. He was the one that gave the order to shoot down Pel's shuttle after Gaila began to believe that she and Brunt were conspiring against him. (ST novella: Reservoir Ferengi)
