Lola Chrystal was a female singer who lived on Earth in the 20th century. She performed with Vic Fontaine at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. (Star Trek Encyclopedia)
In 2374, Felix's hologram of Vic created a hologram of Chrystal, although he used an image of Kira Nerys from Bashir's Julian Bashir, Secret Agent holosuite program to help Odo begin a relationship with Kira. (DS9 episode: "His Way")
