Lolo was a male Belandrid in Starfleet in the 24th century.

As of late 2369, Lolo held the rank of lieutenant and served as an engineering specialist aboard the Starfleet Corps of Engineers vessel USS Trosper. In that year, Lolo and the Trosper crew visited the planet Drema IV in the aftermath of a dilithium mine explosion and collapse.

By mid-2377, Lolo was serving as deputy chief engineer aboard the USS Hood. (SCE eBook: Progress)

As of 2380, Lieutenant Commander Lolo was chief engineer of another SCE ship, the USS Musgrave. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
