Lyrrin was an unjoined female Trill, born in the 2360s.

Lyrrin was the granddaughter of Bethan Roa, and was very upset by the death of her grandfather in the early 2370s. Her pre-school teacher, Ziranne Idaris, tried to console her by bringing her to see the Roa symbiont in the Trill symbiont pools. However, Roa had not been returned to the pools or officially rejoined with a new host. Ziranne eventually helped to liberate Roa, presumably to Lyrrin's great relief. (DS9 short story: "Reflections")
