The Magefferans were an alien humanoid civilization native to the planet Magefferus III, a homeworld located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
History and specifics[]
Magefferans were war-like, obsessed with destruction. They had green skin and pointy teeth. While the large military base of their planet was more than happy to begin conflicts, the small civilian population contacted the United Federation of Planets for help. Spock impressed the locals with his mental control over his emotions, and the people accepted Federation aid. (TOS comic: "Alien Spotlight: Vulcans")
