Magen was a female Cygnian who, sometime before the mid 23rd century, became trapped in the interdimensional rift known as Elysia. She eventually became a member of the ruling Elysian Council. As a Cygnian, she possessed special psionic abilities, which she used to locate a bomb located aboard the USS Enterprise when that ship visited Elysia in 2269.
