Ensign Malvoy was an Earth Starfleet officer during the Earth-Romulan War.

In 2155, Malvoy was serving aboard the Enterprise when it responded to a Romulan attack on Tarod IX. Because of the large number of casualties, Doctor Phlox had Malvoy serve as a medic during the response. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
