Marius IV was a planet in the Marius star system, in or near the space of the United Federation of Planets in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants. This planet had been the subject of scientific study at some point before stardate 6451.3, in the late 2260s. Marius IV was noted to be the homeworld to a form of diplopoda lifeform.
