Councillor Mazibuko also served on the Federation Security Council. In 2376, Mazibuko agreed with Ra'ch B'ullhy that Dynkorra M'Relle's suggestion, which was that Trill's membership in the Federation should be reevaluated, was an extreme course of action. Mazibuko believed that long-standing member worlds should not be cut loose, and that recovery from the Dominion War required political cohesion. (DS9 novel: Trill: Unjoined)
