Mekor Dukat was the son of Skrain Dukat and the nephew of Akellen Macet. He was born in 2360.

In 2371, his father was to take him to Lakarian City, but Thomas Riker's capture of the USS Defiant made this impossible. (DS9: "Defiant")

Mekor encountered his uncle Macet in the ruins of Lakarian City in 2376. (DS9: "Cathedral")
