Mercy Hospital was a hospital located in San Francisco on Earth.

In 1986, Pavel Chekov was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment after he jumped off of the USS Enterprise and injured himself. He was then able to escape for the hospital with the aide of Captain Kirk and Doctor McCoy. (TOS movie: Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home) Soon after, Detective Chizum investigated Chekov's escape and interviewed personnel at the hospital. (TOS short story: "Whales Weep Not")
