Meredith Peruzzi was a MACO corporal in the 2150s. She was one of the MACO troops assigned to the Enterprise (NX-01) following the Xindi attack on Earth, part of the mission to find the Xindi homeworld. Early in the mission, she was injured when a piece of shrapnel tore through her environmental suit and hit her leg, but survived the mission. (ENT novel: Last Full Measure)

She also appears in the novel The Good That Men Do.
