Mayor Meringue was an Orion Gingerbread woman and the leader of the Gingerbread VIllage town council in the early 25th century. She was named for the Earth treat meringue.(STO mission: "Cones of Conduct")

In the Wonderland year 2015, Earth year 2410, q, creator of Q's Winter Wonderland, allowed the people of the Gingerbread Colony to found a new settlement outside the snowglobe in the gazebo that held the colony. The Gingerbread people built the Gingerbread Village in the territory of the Snowmen. Since then, the Snow Overlord had frequently attacked the village, prompting Mayor Meringue to beg for help from the Starfleet, Klingon Defense Force and Romulan Republican Force officers visiting Winter Wonderland. During the Snowman attacks, Merginue would guide the villager's allies in supporting the Snow-Conian, the village's defense system, in the fight against the Snow Overlord.
