Milch, aka Milch the Wanderer, was a male Ferengi explorer celebrated for making huge dishonest deals with alien cultures.

Milch purchased the entire planet of Wohoken for a crate of Ferengi tooth sharpeners, and bought the entire female population of Crullus Prime for a fruit basket. Milch was killed by the Crullers of Crullus Prime once they discovered his dishonesty. The site where he was burned to death, on the Stone of Deaver at the top of the Stairs of Gilfoyle, later became a popular pilgrimage destination for many Ferengi.

Milch is also created with writing the 181st Rule of Acquisition: "Not even dishonesty can tarnish the shine of profit." (DS9 novel: Legends of the Ferengi)
