Millennium was a trilogy of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novels written by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens and published in 2000. An omnibus edition of the novels was released in 2002; it contained a new timeline (pp 941-946) compiled by Allyn Gibson that detailed the events of the trilogy.
- The framing story of the trilogy is set after "What You Leave Behind" and has Sisko telling the Prophets about the events of the "War of the Prophets" that were later erased from the timeline.
- Some of the events and characters were featured in the DS9 video game: The Fallen.
- Millennium won "Best Continuing Story" of the 2000 Psi Phi Awards. Studio X's covers were also voted into the Cover Hall of Fame, for the best Star Trek covers of all time, in 2001.
