Antoinette Mimouni was a 24th century Human woman who served in Starfleet as a nurse. In 2380, she was stationed on the Federation starship USS Enterprise-E, where Chief Medical Officer Beverly Crusher mentioned Mimouni was fresh out of Starfleet Medical. (TNG novel: Q & A)

She continued to serve through 2381, and was aboard during the Borg Invasion of 2381. After the Enterprise engaged several Borg cubes at the Azure Nebula, Mimouni aided in treating the wounded. Doctor Rymond asked Mimouni to prepare eight units of J-negative blood and two units of Betazoid plasma for the injured Rennan Konya. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)

Shortly after the end of the Borg crisis, Mimouni was part of the party that boarded the SS Libra, a Denevan refugee ship. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
