Misja was a member of the Sen Ennis.

At the time of the Ennis and the Nol-Ennis' imprisonment on a moon in the Gamma Quadrant by Tevlin-De, Misja was a young man. The technology that resurrected the members of the two groups caused Misja to continue to appear young well into his one hundreds. In 2373, Zlangco sent Misja to inform Opaka Sulan that an alien ship had crashed on the moon and that its inhabitant needed medical attention. (DS9 novel: Rising Son)

In 2376, Vannis encountered Misja while investigating the alien individual, an Ascendant called Raiq. Misja led Vannis to the site where Raiq's ship had crashed, where Vannis was able to discover wreckage and take a sample of Ascendant blood. (DS9 - Worlds of DS9 novel: The Dominion: Olympus Descending)
