In the mirror universe, Mogh was the Klingon male who served in the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance during the 24th century. He was the father of Worf and Kurn.

Although his family had many influential allies, Duras was an enemy of the House of Mogh. The House of Duras had never been in favour of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. In order to undermine the Alliance, Duras' father Ja'rod attempted to forge a pact with the Romulan Star Empire. However, Mogh assassinated him on Khitomer before he could meet with the Romulan envoy. Although Ja'rod had failed to create the pact, his sacrifice drew the House of Duras to the attention of Memory Omega, who allied themselves with his son. After Worf's capture by the Terran Rebellion in 2375, the House of Mogh was disgraced, although it was allowed to keep its lands and titles thanks to its allies' influence. The house's honor may have been restored after Kurn scored a massive victory by destroying eleven Defiant-class starships at the rebel shipyard Empok Nor.
