Mokar maNashol was a Payav cleric-administrator who served in the mar-Atyya Synod which ruled Mestiko from 2274 to 2282. Mokar was one of Synod members who sided with Asal Janto in calling for free elections in order to head off a popular uprising. (TOS eBook: Mere Anarchy: The Darkness Drops Again)
