In the mirror universe, Molly O'Brien was a Terran female who lived during the late 24th century. She was born in 2380 to Miles "Smiley" O'Brien and Keiko Ishikawa.
She lived in a cottage on Inis Mór off the west coast of Ireland with her parents. When Saavik visited O'Brien at his home in 2381, she asked how Molly was doing. O'Brien told that, other than a bout of colic, she was fine. (ST - Mirror Universe novel: Rise Like Lions)
